INTUITION SOFTWARE: OUR HISTORY, OUR VISION, OUR MISSION AND OUR GOAL

Intuition Software was formed in 2004 as a result of the frustrations of its Directors in sourcing cost effective, reliable and user- friendly Claims Management solutions that result in the real time savings.

We are acutely aware of the burdens of the ever-increasing compliance regimes associated with Incident recording and management of follow-up activities.

Add to this the constant references and links between Workplace Safety regulations, incident tracking, corrective action, and subsequent claims management activities, the Directors of Intuition Software identified a growing need for a complete all-in-one package that completely removes the need to jump from one software package to another, or between multiple spreadsheets that simply do not talk to each other.

Our Vision is to develop Products that are easy to use, and are not seen as just another addition to the financial burdens imposed upon employers in order to achieve efficiency along with compliance.      

We strongly believe our greatest asset is our customers, who continually provide us with the valuable feedback that sees our products continue to evolve and improve.

Our Mission is to make every employer aware of our products, and every client completely satisfied with our service.

Our goal is to generate a desire in every employer to identify SmartClaim as the solution to their Workplace Safety and Workers Compensation Claims Management burden .

Director Profile: Paul Eastman

Paul has been involved in Workers Compensation for over 20 years. Having worked within the regulated Authorised Agent Environment in hands-on claims management roles, Paul graduated from mail duties to supervisory and eventually State Operations / Claims Manager roles for some of the largest Agents in Victoria. 

Paul’s’ technical and legislative understanding is second to none and has seen him involved in a number of industry working groups, committees, and forums, including VWA legislative reform committees. As well as his involvement In such groups Paul has developed claims management processes and systems for Authorised Agents, not to mention Internal Audit Programs -the tools by which the VWA monitors the performance and compliance of it’s Authorised Agents

Paul left the regulated environment to co-found CES Consulting. CES quickly gained a reputation for the provision of high quality, practical assistance to a range of Victorian and interstate employers and still operates successfully today, minus Paul’s involvement.

Paul’s’ expertise and detailed understanding of workers compensation principles and activities at both Agent level, and employer level has secured his reputation as having one of the most complete skill sets in the industry, and is demonstrated in the detail of Intuition Software’s products.

It is this detail and experience that sets Intuition software apart from its competitors.
